Wafa Business Loan
A medium term loan up to EGP 10Million through a simplified lending process to finance their business needs.
Loan Purpose & Tenor:
- Permanent level of inventory up to 36 Months.
- CAPEX (Machinery / Equipment) up to 60 Months.
- Grace period until 3 months (for CAPEX only)
Target Companies:
- Small & Medium Segment; Sales volumes from EGP 5Million up to EGP 200Million
- Minimum 3 years in business (actual operations) and 3 full financial years “Audited Statements”.
Required documents:
- A recent commercial register for the company and connected parties, if any
- Tax card
- Audited financial statements for the previous three financial years
- Banks’ statements for a period of 12 months to verify 50% sales volumes as per last audited financial statement.
- Price quotation from Supplier in case of CAPEX
*CBE initiatives 5% is allowed as per terms and conditions.
