Cairo, October 26, 2022: Attijariwafa bank joined the national system of the real-time payments network through the mobile application “InstaPay”. This application allows customers to send and receive money from bank’s account and transfer it to the beneficiary account whether it’s a bank account, mobile wallet or mobile number. Customers can also send/receive money after the official working hours of the banks and it will be reflected instantly. In addition, the customer can transfer a maximum amount of EGP 60,000 per day and a maximum of EGP 200,000 per month.
This service is available for all the banks operating on the network which are 14 banks so far. Worthy to mention, Attijariwafa bank Egypt came at the top of the list of banks added to the application in the second phase.
