Branch Manager

Job Purpose,

  • To deliver exceptional retail business performance through powerful leadership of Branch
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the branch and achieving specific sales. Service and operational rigor target
  • To provide expert support and advice to High Net worth & Premier customers, non-customers and colleagues, responding to referrals and introductions

Main Responsbilities,

Build, develop and motivate a high performing team committed to achieving success through each other

  • Ensure that your team members are developed to achieve their maximum potential whilst coaching them to build their awareness of their strengths / development needs.
  • Responsible for performance management either directly or indirectly for all Branch team .
  • Assist in recruiting to fill man power gaps
  • Creating successors across all functions.
  • Manage daily attendance levels within retail outlet
  • Manage poor performance and escalate disciplinary / grievances issue professionally and promptly in line with agreed procedures
  • Be a role model doing things wholeheartedly communicating with passion and enthusiasm embracing change as a way of working
  • Creating an empowering environment for your people encouraging individual ownership, initiative and challenge of the status quo
  • Bring to life the AWBE mission, brand and strategy to your people
  • Plan and implement the AWBE retail strategy for the branch through achievement of a balanced score card approach.
  • Working with team to achieve sales & service targets through in branch and business development activity .
  • Working with retail branch team to deliver exceptional business performance
  • Provide personal coaching and periodically support the branch team in their sales calls.
  • Effectively track his team’s performance by closely monitoring their activity sheets on Daily basis , Follow up their pipeline and encourage cross selling among the team.
  • Maximize the sales opportunity through daily tracking for the different tools provided from liabilities across all products ensuring they are included in the daily activity sheets .
  • Own and manage customer queries and complaints by taking ownership and resolving in a timely manner.
  • Being personally effective at building the business, deepening relationships and effectively executing the sales process for the High Net worth and Premier .
