IT Data Analyst

Job Purpose

Reviewing all the operation works, leading operators to complete all duties in data center.

Main Responspilities,

  • Ensure that Data Center operations duties are carried out on a timely basis ensuring the provision of best service to BBE users.
  • Liaise with Data Center manager on all operations related issues
  • Participate fully and ensure that all operations & data center duties are met in the time.
  • Build excellent relationships with others key functions that interface with IT to insure seamless service to our users
  • Support users in all operations duties including the end of day/month and year, and all user requirements.
  • Own and manage users queries and complaints by taking ownership and resolving in a timely manner.
  • Work with and support the data center team to deliver exceptional business performance.
  • Provide cover for data center team members when required.
  • Provide cover for operators when required.
  • Agree performance development objectives with the team leader.
  • Pursuer self-development to increase personal effectiveness, acknowledge strength and areas for development
